Until the full text is published, the short version: you sign up, you pay for what you use, you do not abuse the service or upload data you do not have the right to upload, you can cancel any time, and you are responsible for what you do with the candidates and contact data the platform surfaces.
The recruiting product is provided as-is, without warranty. We make no guarantee of placements, response rates, or candidate quality. We do not give legal, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for following all applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, EEOC, state-level privacy regimes) when contacting candidates.
