Terms of Service

These Terms govern the websites, hosting, email, AI features, and related services ("Services") that Digital Experts, a division of cestoneai.cloud ("we," "us," "Digital Experts"), provides to you ("you," "Client"). By approving a build or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms. We've kept them plain — if anything is unclear, email support@cestoneai.cloud.

1. What you're buying

You pay a one-time build fee for your website. Optional add-ons — hosting & domain and an annual Web Maintenance Package — are billed separately and only if you choose them. Prices are shown at checkout. The build fee is what we charge today; recurring add-ons do not bill until after any free period described below.

2. The 48-hour launch promise & refund

We aim to publish your approved site within 48 hours of your written approval (approval given in your portal or by email/text). This refund is the full scope of our launch promise:

• Trigger. If we fail to publish your approved site live on your domain within 48 hours of your written approval, and the delay is caused by us (not by you, your domain registrar, a third party, or missing information we requested), you may request a refund.
• Scope. The refund covers the build fee only. It does not cover any optional add-ons, third-party costs (such as domain registration or premium email), or work already delivered and accepted.
• Measured from. The 48-hour window is measured from your written approval, not from your initial order. Time spent waiting on your responses, assets, or domain access does not count toward the window.
• How to claim. Email support@cestoneai.cloud within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

3. You own everything

• Your domain is registered in your name (or transferred to you), not ours.
• You receive every login for your site and accounts on launch day.
• You can export your full site for free, anytime. We never hold your site, content, or domain hostage.
• If you leave, you keep your domain, your files, and your content.

4. No contracts — cancel anytime

There are no long-term contracts and no exit fees. You may cancel any ongoing service at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund fees already billed for a period in progress (except as described in Section 2). When you cancel, you keep your domain, your files, and your content.

5. Web Maintenance Package — free first year, then auto-renews

• Every build includes your first full year of web maintenance free — hosting, unlimited edits, AI features, SEO, security, and backups.
• After the free year, the Web Maintenance Package auto-renews at $99/yr unless cancelled.
• We email you at least 7 days before any renewal charge, so there's never a surprise.
• To avoid renewing, cancel with at least 7 days' notice before the renewal date by emailing support@cestoneai.cloud or using your portal. Cancelling maintenance does not affect your ownership of your site.

6. Hosting is optional

Hosting & domain service is an optional add-on. You may host your site with us, or choose "just the deployable files" and host it yourself. If you host with us, hosting renews on the schedule shown at checkout and can be cancelled anytime; on cancellation we provide your exportable files.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, the rights to any logos, images, or content you give us, and timely approvals. You're responsible for the lawful use of your site and for any content you ask us to publish.

8. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the build fee in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third parties (such as domain registrars, email providers, or hosting outages outside our reasonable control).

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and where required we'll notify you by email.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in the State of Maryland.
